Can I exchange an item for a different style, size or color?

Any returned items will be refunded to the original payment. You can place another order for the desired style/color/size.

Note: All returning items must met our policy’s requirements.

I live near the Roze HQ. Can I come by to pick up / drop off my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow unauthorized personnel to enter our offices and warehouse for security reasons. All orders are to be placed online and all returns are to be shipped to us.

Do we charge in different currencies?

No, $, €, and ¥ prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in USD. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Should I include my phone number when ordering?

Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders. Either we will or the carrier will need to contact you in the unlikely event your package cannot be delivered. Failure in providing your phone number could result in a severe delay of your delivery.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days approximately (Monday - Friday) in the US, and 3-8 days worldwide. Orders placed after 11 AM PST may take an extra day to deliver. Please note, during busy times, such as sales and holidays, US shipments may take between 7 to 14 business days and 20 business days for international orders.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been packed, your shipping label will be generated, which will automatically email you the tracking information.

Please note, all FedEx and DHL shipments are collected around 4 PM PST, so tracking numbers will not show any movement on the website before this time. USPS tracking numbers may take an extra day as packages are collected in the morning.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

We fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will try our best to stop your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item, however, it’s not a guarantee.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.

Can I purchase products for resale?

You may purchase products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders that we determine are not for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm that your are purchasing products for personal use and not for resale.

Where can I find a Students dealer in my neighborhood?

We have Authorized Students Dealers all over the globe and may have one near you! Please email with your city, postal code and country to see if we have any shops you can visit.

Return Policy

All sale discounted items are final sale. Please select the correct style, color, and size before you submit your order.

Items purchased using promotional coupon codes are eligible for returns.

Please click the link to Students Returns Center to select your item for return and instantly generate your return shipping label (USA shoppers only).

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns except for free exchanges in the USA only. Lastly, we offer a flat $6 fee for a return label (USA shipping only).

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke/fragrance-free and in their resalable condition with all tags originally attached.

Refunds/credit do not apply to items with reattached tags. Once the original tag is removed, it cannot be returned.

All domestic & international returns must be received within 30 days from the date the order was received.

Purchases made with Gift Cards will be refunded on that same unique code.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, you must let us know within 7 days from date received. If the item was purchased from a third party retailer, you are required to provide a purchase receipt as well.

International Returns

We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded, once we receive the package back.

Any duty taxes initially paid cannot be reimbursed or credited.


Any ineligible items received will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the ineligible item(s) back to you; otherwise, the item will be discarded 7 days after arrival. Please be aware of this policy before sending in your return.

Shipping Policy

USA Shipping

(Excluding National Holidays & Weekends)

Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification.

Orders shipping to the US are sent via USPS or UPS. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package leaves the Students' warehouse.


USPS packages ship First Class Mail for orders up to one pound, and Priority Mail for any order over a pound. The packages generally arrive within 1-3 business days from the ship date.


UPS packages ship with UPS Ground. The packages generally arrive within 1-5 business days from the ship date. UPS shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, and military destinations.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is available for US orders over $75. These orders ship with either UPS or USPS, depending on weight and destination. These packages generally arrive within 1-7 business days from the ship date.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Orders ship with USPS Express mail. Express orders are generally shipped within one business day from the order being placed and arrive within 1-3 business days (depending on destination).

The shipping information assumes that all the products ordered are all in stock. Students is not responsible for delays in shipping that occurs once the package leaves our warehouse. Packages may be delayed due to security screens for potential fraud.
